Intuitive Art Therapy Session

Service Description

An accompanying session to connect with the unconscious memories of pre-verbal childhood or dissolve more recent traumatic memories through an automatic creative act. These sessions derive from the other types of sessions if the need arises to work more specifically on a subject. Mixed techniques of collage, drawing, painting and clay modeling will be used. It is a matter of reconnecting through materials with the body and allowing the oldest and most buried memories to be expressed through it to allow them to see the light of day and free them. No prior knowledge is required. Just let your body do it! About Marie France: Born in Argentina, to a French father and an Argentine mother and having grown up in Canada, I combine in my being different cultural but also spiritual influences having been interested very early in the history of religions and ancient civilizations. My work is purely intuitive and is based on the study and deep understanding of the mechanisms of traumatic response. My personal experience is the central axis of my method. Very early, I discovered the healing properties of crystals and stones that accompanied an in-depth work on myself synchronously revealing the effects of their harmonizing virtues on the physical, emotional and mental body. Over time, an intuitive connection with the mineral world allowed me to develop an original method of energy work ranging from the use of crystals to creative expression, from the use of essential oils and therapeutic frequencies to breathing techniques.
