Within this session, we get to know one another to understand what your needs are and if the therapeutic relationship will be a fit. Within counselling services, the therapeutic relationship is an important piece of growth and can make a difference in outcomes. Together we can determine if the therapeutic relationship if a fit for your needs and discuss what package might be best for what you are looking for. Mossy Moon Wellness is a holistic counselling service that I created to explore how our entire existence might have a role within our current mental health and interpersonal relationships. I have a desire to explore all experiences and leverage these to heal wounds that might not even be recognized at this moment in time. In my own journey towards holistic knowledge, I have learned all the things we have experienced can be held in our body and can inform our experiences now. Mental Health, Psychology, and exploration of the spiritual has led me to this moment, where I want to help others look inside to determine what wounds might still be present and informing life.
