We are spiritual beings having a physical experience and, as such, we can tend to get overwhelmed in our physical life which ends up expressing as symptoms in the body. Connect deeper with your spiritual self during this 30 minute treatment. After discussing your specific needs, Dayle will awaken your auric field through intuitive energy work, focusing on the energetic flow within your chakras. The chakras (or "wheels" in Sanskrit) are spinning energy centers within the spiritual body which penetrate into the physical and correspond to major organ systems, emotions, and one's vitality. There are 114 chakras, however most of the work is done within the 7 main chakras, which represent the 7 basic levels of consciousness and 7 developmental stages of life. How "balanced" or "healthy" one feels is often directly in relation to how well energy is moving within and between these chakras. During a chakra balancing session, Dayle will connect to your frequency, do an energetic scan of any blockages, and become a conduit for energy to move and flow - removing and releasing stagnancies. As this happens, you will relax, feeling refreshed and renewed. Reiki Energy healing, sound, crystals, tarot/oracle cards, Ayurvedic herbs, and/or essential oils can be incorporated depending on your individual needs. Please note, this is not a massage, however light touch is usually involved.
