You're a Big Kid Now, with Musique

When you sit in the presence of a child, what are some words and feelings that arise? Do any of them take up space in your day-to-day? As we get older we embody our fears accrued through experience and remain seated beneath the pressure of being ‘responsible’.

In this short workshop, we will reach a loving arm out to the child within us. The one that loves to play in dirt, that forgives their friends and family with ease, and that makes art just for the fun of it. As we step into the power of pure love and creativity, we reconnect with our Source. The connectivity and alignment we build with our inner child may also lead to deeper trust in self, healing of old wounds, and finding more joy in our daily lives.

These two hours will be dedicated to learning to love our responsibility as the parent of our inner child as well as much fun and silliness!
