Let the primal heart beat of the drum nurture you as you find deep relaxation and peace.
This meditation is guided and can involve movement for those who are finding relaxing difficult.
Vocalizations or singing will be welcomed for a short period at the end of the class for those who feel called to do so, but this is not a requirement of class.
