About the event
The Dreamworld is a magical, mysterious place that has fascinated humankind likely since the beginning of time. Whether believed to be a portal to other dimensions and realms, or simply our subconscious attempting to sort and file our thoughts and experiences from the day prior, our dreams transport us to otherworldy spaces and states.
Join Dayle as she explores this state with you and gives you the keys to open the secret door where your awareness and ability to manipulate your dreams is unlocked, heightened, and can become reality. Whether you have experience with lucid dreaming or not, we invite you to this workshop where you will:
- discuss the dream state with others
- learn how to prepare for lucid dreaming
- discover herbs that help facilitate lucid dreaming and dream recall
- learn about crystals that have an affinity for dreaming and sleep
- learn and share tips and techniques
- train your body with a dreamtime meditation
You are encouraged to bring a notebook, pen, examples of your own dreams, and an open mind.
