Healing the Mother Wound

Join Dayle & Sabrina for an evening of self-nurturing in a supportive and healing space. 

If you have unresolved feelings attached to your relationship (or lack of) with your mother, directed focus can help transmute the pain into progress. By consciously and gently tapping into these areas of the self that we typically shy away from looking at, we give ourselves the opportunity to see them from another, higher perspective. This work should not be taken lightly, however, as deep-rooted emotions, thoughts, patterns, and beliefs are tied to our mothers and digging in can potentially reveal difficult and challenging aspects of self or memories that we may not be completely ready for. As such, we urge you to enter into this work with an open heart, ready to embrace yourself as you traverse this part of your healing journey.

The evening will begin with a tea service, blended with herbs to encourage heart-opening, self-love, and connection to the mother. This will be followed by a guided meditation, a sound bath enhanced with Reiki energy healing, and we will close the evening with an open circle for sharing and support.
