Healing the Child Wound

Join Dayle & Sabrina for an evening of self-nurturing in a supportive and healing space. 

We all have an inner child, and very commonly, this child needs attention, love, and healing - which may look different depending on your individual experience. By nurturing the child within, reconnecting to your curiosity and innocence, and allowing yourself to be vulnerable in a neutral environment, you can transform your relationship with yourself and embrace joy, play, and comfort. This work should not be taken lightly, however, as deep-rooted emotions, thoughts, patterns, and beliefs are tied to our inner child and digging in can potentially reveal difficult and challenging aspects of self or memories that we may not be completely ready for. As such, we urge you to enter into this work with an open heart, ready to embrace yourself as you traverse this part of your healing journey.
