Chakra Activation & Exploration, with Dayle

Over the course of eight months we will activate, explore, and expand a different chakra each month, starting with the Earth Star & Root, working our way up to the Soul Star.

The chakras are part of our aetheric body and are understood to be circular, spinning wheels of energy, each attuned to a different frequency and cycle of life that leads to the development of consciousness and awareness. They reside within the spiritual, but penetrate into the physical, each with their own “positive” and “negative” expressions that show up in each person differently based on their experience and development.

Through connection, discussion, meditation, and reflection, plus the use of herbs, crystals, and selected activities, we will rediscover our relationship with deepest selves as we redevelop our inner knowing and healing through each chakra.

It is not necessary to attend this workshop in its entirety, and if you wish, you may join for only the chakras you want to focus on. However, as each chakra level emerges from the combination of the levels below it, it is recommended to follow the program as it is laid out.
